I require a minimum of 3 people including the bride for any Saturday.
Discounts apply to off peak times only – ( January, February and November) week days ( Monday to Thursday) Minimum number applies, must include, the bride inclusive of trial and one other.
All prices inclusive of a 10 mile round trip from Torquay. Additional travel beyond 20 miles will be charged at 45 pence per mile on a round trip. Any parking, toll, congestion charge and/or accommodation costs incurred will be added to your final balance there is no charge to travel to my studio for the trial and on the day.
Until receipt of the deposit all bookings are provisional. Please note I am happy to travel within 2 hours of my home address in Torquay however charges will apply. Trials can be held at your chosen venue or at my studio in Torquay, preferably midweek by appointment.
Payments by the client
The client must pay a deposit of £50 to confirm the booking. Upon receipt of such payment, you will receive confirmation of this through email.
Deposit payments can be made in the following forms: cash or bank transfer.
Cancellations by you
Should you wish to cancel your provisional booking before the deposit is paid no charges will be made, but the date will be released.
The deposit is non-refundable.
If you have had a trial and then wish to cancel you lose your deposit to cover the time. This only covers one trial. If bridesmaids, mother of the bride have had a trial then these need to be paid for on top of the initial £50.
Cancellation between 15 and 28 days from the date of final appointment = cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days from the date of the final appointment = cancellation charge equivalent to 75% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellation within 7 days of the final appointment = cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking.
Should the client wish to cancel this booking at any stage written notice must be given either to [address and/or email]. Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of the written cancellation and you will receive written confirmation of your cancellation and any cancellation charges that may have been levied. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt therefore the client is advised to check that the cancellation has been received.

Once I confirm your booking, the date will be reserved for you.
In the very unlikely event that I am too ill to do your wedding makeup I will do our very best to find an alternative makeup artist to take my place. I write down everything I use and take pictures so another makeup artist could copy what I have done.
