The Trial

I would recommend the trial is booked at least 3-6 months before your wedding day.  The trial has no time restriction but normally lasts around 1 ½ to 2 hours.  This is a great opportunity for us to get to know one another and for you to share with me your ideas and wedding theme. I would love to see pictures of your wedding dress or, if you have any magazine clippings or pictures, please bring them along.

I believe the trial is an essential part of your wedding day makeup, to ensure the look that I create on the day is the desired one but also to know the timings and products, so that everything runs smoothly on the day.

Once we are happy with the final look, all products and techniques are recorded. I then take a photo of the completed look and file them at my studio until the wedding day.

Wedding Day Makeup

On your special day I will arrive in plenty of time to your chosen venue. All timings will have been agreed prior to this date and confirmed just a few days before. I will recreate the look from your trial while all you need to do is sit back, rest, and let me do my job. Where possible I like to seat the bride away from the rest of the bridal party, to ensure she takes this time to really relax and enjoy being pampered.

The wedding day makeup service is available to the whole wedding party and must be booked in advance. An evening service is available on request.
